Cecil & Larter, Regional Volvo Dealer of the Year 2012, was founded in the 1920's and has always been in private ownership. The business was very successful in the early decades but when Volvo awarded the company the franchise for the Bury St. Edmunds area in 1970 a whole new era of support and service developed.
